Warriors & Wizards

A world of warriors and a whirl of wizards unite their strength and magic to face the beasts of the Nexus — an abandoned island once home to some of the civilization's fiercest soldiers. For generations, the Nexus stood as a stronghold of power and civilization, until the beasts began to emerge in numbers too great to contain. One by one, the island's defenders fell, and the beasts ultimately overran the land, leaving the once-thriving civilization in ruins.

The wizards and warriors were originally sworn to opposing sides of the Nexus, divided by their differences in strength, magic, and belief. But when the beasts overran the island, old rivalries were set aside. Faced with a common enemy, the two factions formed an unlikely alliance, joining their forces with a single purpose: to spend the rest of their days driving the beasts from the Nexus and reclaiming the land they had lost.

Together, they began rebuilding. The wizards contributed their ancient magic, forging powerful forcefields and enchanted shields to protect their new home, while the warriors relied upon their strength and craftsmanship to raise formidable walls, fortifications, and structures. Through the combined efforts of magic and might, a new stronghold rose from the ruins — a bastion powerful enough to withstand the dangers of the Nexus.

Yet their work was far from finished.

The only thing left was a means of reaching the Nexus and returning safely should the expedition ever face disaster. The wizards gathered their magic and constructed a portal capable of transporting them directly into the heart of the Nexus, with a gateway back to their stronghold in case of emergency.

And so, the alliance was ready.

Beyond the portal lies the abandoned Nexus, where the beasts still roam among the ruins of a forgotten civilization. Legend has it that they still carry the equipment and resources of those they have slain...
